The OEMTA and Oklahoma EMS is celebrating Medic Update and will again be visiting the Cherokee Strip Convention Center in Enid, Oklahoma. We would love to hear from you and hope you will consider submitting a topic! Please submit your topic up till February 6th, 2010 so we can include your presentation in our publications. 6. Will there be any Handouts? ( All handouts will need to be presented to the OEMTA speaker coordinators prior to the conference to assure duplication. General sessions should consider quantity).
7. Either a room of a speakers fee is provided for each speaker. Will you need accomodations the night before, or the night of your talk. We need to know in advance if you will need a room as the facility is usually booked out.
