It is with heavy hearts that the EagleMed Administrative team and crew of our
Oklahoma City base announce that a memorial service for our fallen crew has been
scheduled.
EagleMed will be hosting a combined memorial service in memory of Al Harrison
and Ryan Duke. The two were fatality injured in a helicopter accident on July 22nd outside
of Kingfisher, Oklahoma. The service will be held Thursday, July 29th, 2010 beginning at
10:00 am at Crossings Community Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A “fly-over” will
take place outside the church prior to seating for the service.
The EagleMed family would like to express our gratitude for the wonderful support
and assistance that began immediately following this tragedy, and has continued
throughout this time.
Any requests from outside emergency agencies with regards to the planned
